Swimming during Lockdown

Regular club training sessions are held in Cally Pool and Holloway School. At present these venues are closed, and the club is not able to run coached pool sessions.

Fortunately, many Open Water venues are starting to reopen. We’ve compiled a list of locations below, including links to their websites to let you book onto a session.

Cycling during Lockdown

The club is not currently running group cycling sessions due to lockdown. Club sessions are run under the guidance of British Triathlon; current guidelines are available here.

Team GC Zwift

There are a number of Virtual Training sessions being run as part of Team Giant Camden. This includes 3 FTP-crushing Zwift meet-ups and one team time trial each week. For details and set-up instructions, join the Team GC Zwift Facebook group.

RIAK Online

Riak turbo studio has gone online for lockdown, offering dozens of coached turbo sessions each week – perfect for dialing in to specific growth areas. Access to all of these sessions is only £15 per month and the RGT software is free.

Running during Lockdown

Tuesday morning hill sessions have restarted, meeting at 7am at Parliament Hill Lido.
Thursday morning trail sessions have also restarted, meeting at 6:45am at Parliament Hill Tennis Courts.

Both of these are socially-distanced sessions, restricted to a maximum group size of six people. If more than six members wish to train, multiple groups will head out, separated by five minutes intervals. Members should join the Tri London Teams group to sign up for socially distanced sessions.

Thursday track sessions are currently suspended due to Lockdown.

British Triathlon guidelines for training are available here. England Athletics guidelines are available here.
